Innovation for Health - Netherlands' leading conference for key players in Health and Life Sciences
On 14 February 2019 the sixth edition of Innovation for Health will take place in WTC Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Innovation for Health is Netherlands´ premier conference for innovators in Health and Life Sciences. This is the place where key players in health and care, from bench to boardroom, from start-up to multinational, from Life Sciences to Medtech, come to strengthen existing contacts and to expand their networks and knowledge.

As a PhD student you are invited to present your research at Innovation for Health with a PhD pitch and a poster presentation. By doing so, you will get the opportunity to practice presenting your research, get in contact with 800+ key players in Life Sciences & Health, broaden your knowledge of the Dutch Life Science sector and also have the opportunity to win the prestigious Upcoming Scientist Award worth €1,000,-!


On the exhibition floor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your research summarized in a (A0) poster. Next to that, you have 3-minutes to convince a professional jury of the ingenuity, quality and social impact of your research in a pitch. After all pitches, the jury will select a winner who will be awarded with the Upcoming Scientist Award worth €1,000,-!

Registration criteria:
+ You are currently enrolled as a PhD candidate.
+ You are working on a life sciences or healthcare related topic, and your project must foster innovations in healthcare or life sciences.
+ You are the main contributor of the project that is presented (first authorship).
